How to get started using Wisetack in LawnPro!
When you’re estimating your next job, you have three ways to send your customer a prequalification link. This will help both of you understand their spending power before you settle on the details of the job.
Option 1: Send an estimate as normal!
- A prequalification link will automatically show on the emailed invoice
Option 2: Manually send a prequalification from an estimate.
- Create an estimate
- Click 'Send Prequalification'
Option 3: Send a prequalification from a customer profile.
- Go to the customer profile
- Click 'Send Prequalification'
Once you've decided the final price and are ready to invoice for the work, you send your customer a financing application link. This can be done three ways.
Option 1: Send an invoice to your customer as normal!
- Loan options will automatically show on your emailed invoices that are at least $500
Option 2: Manually send a financing application from an invoice.
- Create an invoice
- Click 'Send Financing Application'
Option 3: Sending a financing application from a customer profile.
- Go to a customer profile
- Click ‘Send Send Financing Application’ button on their Outstanding balance
Note: if your customer prequalified for a loan, they will need to complete the finance application to finalize the offer.
