Terms & Conditions
Estimate & Acceptance
- This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Services must be scheduled within that window or pricing may be subject to change.
- Acceptance of this estimate confirms agreement to the terms below.
- This estimate may contain multiple service options or line items. Approval of this estimate applies only to the specific services accepted and does not obligate either party to all items listed. Each approved line item will be performed and billed independently.
Scope of Work
- Pricing covers only the services listed on this estimate. What's not listed is not included — any additional work must be quoted and approved separately before it is performed.
- If on-site conditions differ from what was estimated (heavy overgrowth, excessive debris, new landscaping, etc.), we may re-quote the service before proceeding. Any price change will always be approved by the customer before work begins.
- One-time and on-call service visits do not establish a recurring service agreement. Recurring customers are serviced on a regular schedule as outlined in their estimate.
Property Access & Preparation
- Please ensure gates are unlocked and the property is fully accessible on your scheduled service day.
- Pets must be secured prior to our arrival. If a crew member cannot safely access or service the property, the visit may be skipped or cancelled and a trip fee may apply.
- Please clear the yard of toys, hoses, furniture, and other personal items before service. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.
- Please remove pet waste before each service visit. If pet waste is present upon arrival, a cleanup fee may apply or the affected area may be skipped.
Payment
- One-time and on-call services are due upon completion of each visit.
- Recurring monthly services are billed at the end of each month and are due upon receipt.
- Accounts not paid within 10 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or $25, whichever is greater.
- Service may be paused on past-due accounts until the balance is paid in full.
- Returned checks and credit card chargebacks are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations or failure to provide property access upon arrival will be charged at the full service rate.
- Recurring service agreements may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Weather & Scheduling
- All services are weather permitting. If conditions prevent a scheduled visit, we will reschedule at the next available opportunity and notify you when possible.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or conditions outside our control.
- On-call service requests are subject to crew availability and seasonal demand. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred timing but cannot guarantee specific dates.
Rates
- One-time and on-call rates apply to the described scope only and may vary between visits based on the condition of the property at the time of the request.
- Recurring monthly rates remain consistent for the term of the agreement. If fuel, material, or operating costs change significantly, we reserve the right to adjust rates with advance written notice.
Liability
- We maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities or irrigation lines not marked by the customer, or damage caused by items left in the service area.
- Any damage believed to be caused by our crew must be reported within 48 hours of the service visit.
